Genussrastplatz Falkenstein

In the Weinviertel there are wonderful places in the cellar lanes. Attractive places to rest, including supplies, should not be missing. A support call from the LEADER Region Weinviertel Ost was created in the eastern Weinviertel with refreshment stops in cellar lanes.

In the market town of Falkenstein, a recreational rest area was built in the Kellergasse. This consists of a vending machine incl. wood paneling, fountain, bike service station, Weinviertel flag incl. flagpole, information board about the surrounding area and a shading of the pleasure rest area.

With the pleasure rest area, a rest area and a meeting point for the local population will be created. The decay of the cellar lanes should be stopped, press houses revive and the cultural asset cellar lane should be staged. This increases the quality of life and local identity.
