All done – now it's time to settle the costs.
Time flies and now your project is complete. Hopefully it was a great success. We are glad to hear that you done your part to make our Weinviertel even more attractive and liveable.
At this point, you probably want to know how to receive the funding. You only receive your awarded funding once you are able to demonstrate that you have achieved your goals at the end of the project. Due to this requirement, you will need to pre-finance the entire project and then settle your accounts once the project is complete. The costs stated in the project account statement must match the project costs approved in the approval letter. You can then submit a digital payment request and upload your invoices and payment receipts on the AMA portal to settle your costs. The LEADER team is happy to help you with invoicing.
