Construction of bike guest rooms Atrium Hohenau

The Kamp-Thaya-March and Euro-Velo-13 cycle paths cross in Hohenau an der March. Due to the biological gel regulation along the Thaya and March, the areas in the Au can be better used for tourism. An eco center was built near the Atrium cultural center in 2019.

In the municipality of Hohenau, however, there were no overnight accommodations.

The market town of Hohenau an der March has therefore set an impulse with the construction of a total of 5 guest rooms on the upper floor of the Atrium cultural center. Due to the spatial situation, 4 of the 5 guest rooms are 3-bed rooms (double bed plus sofa bed) and 1 double room.

The leaseholder of the restaurant is responsible for renting and operating the guest rooms.

The guest rooms should generate overnight stays in cycling and nature tourism.

The guest rooms are advertised in cooperation with Weinviertel Tourismus.
