Regional shelf Stoiber

The bakery/confectionery Stoiber is a craft company in Laa/Thaya. In 2018, a former vacant inn in Laa/Thaya was purchased and the Stoiber family built a new pastry shop.

A regional shelf was built in it, offering products from producers of the Weinviertel. It consists of compartments, wooden boxes and a cooling shelf.

Weinviertler products are made even more available and an offer for guests is created. The range includes durable products that can be used in daily needs as well as gifts and souvenirs.

The manufacture of products is shown on info screens and the producers of the regional shelf are introduced.

A regional campaign advertises the regional shelf online.

The regional shelf offers products from 13 different producers with a wide variety of products from apricot nectar to apple juice, chutney, muesli, pasta to pumpkin seeds, chocolate and beer.

The aim of the regional shelf was to make a selection of Weinviertel products available and thus to increase the appreciation and added value for regional products.
