Weinviertel resting place Ebenthal

The Weinviertel has a variety of cycling, hiking and pilgrimage routes. Attractive resting places should not be missing. A support call from the LEADER Region Weinviertel Ost will create rest areas in the eastern Weinviertel along different cycle paths according to specified equipment criteria with recognition value.

In the market town of Ebenthal, a Weinviertel rest area will be set up near the old tree press. This consists of a pergola including a roof, seating area, bicycle racks, rubbish bin, Weinviertel flag including a flagpole, signposts and an information board about the surrounding area and an information board about the tree press.

With the Weinviertel rest area, the bike paths are to be made more attractive and used for recreation by the population, but also by guests and day trippers. Furthermore, communication within the population is to be promoted, thereby promoting the village community.
