Raising awareness and publicising the intangible UNESCO cultural heritage of Weinviertel cellar culture
The Weinviertel cellar culture as an intangible cultural heritage is not very present among teenagers and young adults. The project increases their awareness of this tradition and makes the social significance of the cellar lanes visible. Reels and photos make the cellar culture tangible on social media. Target group-specific scripts for cellar lane tours and information materials are created. Further training for cellar lane guides and a specialist excursion to similar initiatives promote knowledge transfer. In addition, quality standards for tours are developed and sustainable mobility in the cellar lanes is supported in order to make the cultural heritage fit for the future.
